Hey, I got a new Xbox Series X today, and I was in setup and suddenly I got the error 203, I tried resetting it, even offline system update but if I plug my stick in it won‘t give me the option to do the update - it’s just grayed out..
It’s in NTFS and there’s only the $SystemUpdate folder in the root.
I couldn’t even set it up..

yeah multiple times… if I restart it it shows preparing the Xbox and then at like ~70% it crashes again

Then the next step tells you it needs to be repaired.
