Hello there, I got a xbox gamepass gift code from nitro. But when I try to redeem it, it gives me an error. I don't understand what I am missing or if anyone else besides me and my friend get this error.

There doesn't seem to be an error code that I can look up. I don't know what I'm missing so i can't really do anything to try and fix it. I'm on pc. I think that sums up those questions

Yeah me and my friend both did but he told me he experimented with a fresh account and it still didnt work so we dont know what we're missing

Using a new account is considered fraud.
If you have used Game Pass before then you are not eligible to use the trial code from Nitro.
