xbox randomly has a glitchy screen?

was about to play a game and all of a sudden my screen starts bugging out like crazy, tried two different hdmi cables and the monitor doesn’t glitch when the xbox is off, tried hard resetting it but problem is still occurring. anyone know what this could be? also i have pictures if that would be of any help but it won’t let me post them here
