Is there a expiration date when I add money to my Xbox account? Wanted pre order a game but it’s not available for pre order yet, so I’m just gonna wait till it is available to buy it but should I be worried that my money will be taken off after a number of months?

I bought a gift card and when I redeemed it, it said it expired in 90 days. The code itself doesn't expire, but once you redeem it, it does.
