So I casually bought a Game when I realized it was mehšŸ˜•
I tried to support online. It was loading for so long that I got bored and went in downloaded the app. Then it was doing the same on there. So then I called their number and they're like contact on their website. I cannot access their website if it's loading for so long and I have great internet connection.šŸ˜µā€šŸ’«

So I contacted Microsoft and when I started talking about Xbox the A.I kept on Is ending the call🫤

What's going on with both Microsoft and Xbox online and the Xbox app? Because the Xbox app isn't loading properly.🤨

Try incognito or private browsing mode.

I've tried multiple devices and it kept loading on all of them and it would not stop loading.

And it's just the website and app acting up. All I'm trying to do is do a refund.
