Two questions:

  1. How do I get wired earphones to work when plugged into my series x controller, I have made sure they work and I also cannot change the chat mixer. What do i change in settings to make the audio coke through? And I know they used to work with my series s

  2. When I purchase 360 games on my series x I was told I could acess it on my 360 too with purchase history but that doesn't work at all, what do I do and is it possible?
