#One S and Series S not functioning

Got my One in 2020. Came out the box unable to start games, open the store, download/update games, etc. I'll press A and it either doesn't load or takes forever just to have an error.
Bought the Series around the time they dropped. Had the same issue the second I powered it on. I also Transferred all my data from console to console

Looked literally everywhere for help and asked tons of people and still have no answer. I've been told to factory reset the console but idk

So to clarify, you are saying that for the past 5 years neither of your consoles have been able to do anything?

And over the past 5 years what things have you tried?

Factory reset?
Different tv?
Different cables?

then why didnt u send ur series console back to xbox to have it repaired went it was still in warranty

When I first got the Series I still had my old internet which wasn't as good, thought somehow that was the issue till we got new internet
