My controler is conecting to the console, being recognized and the Xbox button works, but is just it, no more button are working, isn't a bluetooth problem once that it works on my cellphone, but dont works on console, already tried the support but nothing there helped

I tried to do all that the support on the site said, buto nothing really helped, my controler(i have 2, one from series and one from xbox one) neither connectec on my console(xbox one S)
I've tried the support and youtube videos, i've searched but found nothing too similar
