#Microphone not working only on Xbox

My microphone on my headset works on PC, however not on xbox, it’s an Audio-Technica ATH-GDL3 wired headset. My voice chat is on, my mic is unmuted both on the xbox and physically, the headset jack is fully in the controller, the mic jack is fully in the headset. When I try to use a mic tester it says “Microphone is being blocked or used by another application”, despite nothing else being open on my xbox

I am also dealing with this problem rn

I'm trying to stream to friends right now on discord and I used a set of earbuds and headsets

I can hear my friends just fine but they can't hear me say anything

I basically just have my alt join servers now (not this one dw) to talk on while the other streams the game

Cause no matter what headset I use it doesn’t work

Weird cause the Xbox detects the headset but never the mic
