Have you tried using a cabled connection when logging in?

Open your Windows Firewall app and verify it's accepting both incoming and outgoing traffic for the Xbox app and Microsoft Edge/Edge Web View
but I can log into other accounts except my main one
Go to account.microsoft.com and check the recent login activity page, there might be an action required to unlock your account
