No error codes
Try disabling VRR if you have it enabled and see if that improves it, it could be a side effect of it.
What’s that and how would I disable it
From the General settings, head to the TV & display options. Select Video modes from the Advanced tab on the right. Select the box labeled Variable refresh rate.
