Microsoft Store not installing | XBOX | Page 1

So today, I boot up my Xbox to buy SxS Generations, but as I get into the MS Store, I access it, but it starts installing (keeps increasing the file size, but sits at 0%). I pause and unpause, that did jack, I restart the console, that also did jack and now keeps pausing for no reason.

Cancel install. Use mobile xbox app to install the game

i've already pressed 3 times on sxs to cancel download and it does not wanna leave at all

alright now the store instantly pauses the install when i press resume

Then try factory reset and keep all games and apps. Maybe it will fix whatever is wrong with ur xb1

idk if i wanna do that (dont wanna risk losing access to online mp, my games and saves as i have game pass)
