So, my friend bought pc game pass a while ago (end december) and when he attempts to download any games, it downloads for about 10 seconds, then the download speed goes to 0/bps and then after a while it shows error code 0x87e0000f. We have tried pretty much everything, but any help would be greatly appreciated! Cheers
