Can't redeem discord nitro code Xbox PC Game Pass (1 month)

When I click on "redeem" on Discord, it redirects me to Xbox site, then it says to sign up to redeem, so I sign up on Outlook, it redirects me to my Outlook account, then I put the code successfully, agree with billing my credit card after 1 month, but then it loads another page, a blank page, if I reload, it comes back to the screen to put the code again, and the cycle repeats ending up in a blank page.

How can I deal with this? I already searched and didn't find anyone with this same issue. I tried to do the same process on a private window of my browser, because a site was saying that this could fix this problem, but it still ends up in a blank page.
