Help guys I bought a mic but then it didnt work I searched it up on YouTube and it sayd I Have to buy some extra stuff and I did and now my mates saying they cant hear me what to do

What mic? How are you connecting the mic?

Your headset plugs in to the headset jack at the bottom of your controller.

If you bought a random standalone USB microphone like for a computer then that won’t work with an Xbox

We do not do support via DM Unfortunately but even then seeing a Picture may not necessary help.

You need to type the Make and Model of the Headset in chat.

that adapter is there for use with xbox one controllers made before 2016 as they do not have a 3.5m jack.

The use of Mics on xbox is limited I goggled your mic and the amazon page says its supported for PC and PlayStation

this may help you though but if your thinking that adapter is going to get your Mic working that isnt what that is made for
