So I got the code and try to redeem it, the confirm button is grey for me. I figured its because "Recurring payments" are on and it says I have to add a payment method. Currently I cant find a setting for Recurring payments so. (DM for a pic of it since i couldnt send photos here)

We don't need a pic. It's because a payment method is required for all trial codes. You need a payment method whether recurring payments are on or off.

You redeem the code with a payment method, then turn off recurring billing.
