after i bought smt for my little brother in the xbox series s now every time i gotta do a payment theres a "mastercard authentication" method that has totally no sense since i always payd with the money that got deposited in the microsoft default card(that means ive never put any type of card in that account) and i cant pass it because the app that says to do the verification process with is not reasponsive/broken so i cant buy anything anymore

If you cant do authentication then you will need to talk to your card issuer/bank as this is nothing to do with Microsoft
