Hey, my controller have been acting weird lately, my LT works fine in cbox assistant & Xbox home but it doesn't work at all in games.. not only on my Xbox but also my PC, i was hearing it's battery issue but i plugged it with USB, same issue.
I hope i get some help.

I haven't tried anything with it but it just started being like this, i take good care of my stuff.
My xbox is Xbox one Fat 500GB.
I tried blowing & sucking air on it using a pipe.
Yes i searched, no answers.
