Connection help

Im trying to open xbox gamepass but it says i need to go online when im litterally conected to my wifi,

I have a similar issue when i try to open any game its says im offline

Nope i even reseted my xbox and didnt work

I tried going offline than online and didnt work

Tried plugging and unplugging the ethernet cable and didnt work

I tried connecting to my router wirelessly and didnt work

I even tested my connection like it said and it was connected but still nothing

Ive done practically everything possible
