Low download speed

I have a great wifi its usually goes with 1000mbps but it changed it only downloads my games with 10-20 mbps how can i fix this

Ive have all games turned off

There is no code

Sometimes it goes up to max

And jumps down to lowest

I tested my network speed and its 900mbps

I literally tested everything i could nothing worked

Are you on WiFi? WiFi speeds tend fluctuate.
