I play games iwth a keyboard and mouse, but I get interrupted when my controller turns off randomly in the middle and I have to turn it on again. I do not know of any setting to fix this, so can someone message me and help?

Plug it in without any batteries in.

Is the controller plugged into the Xbox?

It needs to be plugged into the Xbox with a cable that can carry data. That’s the only situation in which the controller will stay on.
