#Charges + gamepass ultimate

yesterday at like 5am i got a message from my mom along with a screenshot of a charge for xbox gamepass ultimate 18€ which we didnt buy and my previous subscription has been expired since december last year and the thing is even tho we got charged the subscription wasn't even active

i even talked WITH an actual xbox support and we couldn't find anything.
we checked all my accounts and all the sccounts linked to the card the charge was made through
and since support couldn't do anything he told us to check up with our bank which we will

BUT literally like 10m ago i got an email saying my subscription has been renewed. i didnt do anything and im the only person who has access to the account.
I immediately tried refunding it BUT there was nothing in my recent transaction history BUT I do have the ultimate on my account

why can't I send images

per the #rules you haven't been here long enough to send pictures

you can post images on an image sharing site like imgur.com when needed

but if you say it is off, then i believe you shrug

you either:

  1. have another account that uses this credit card
  2. accidentally had the subscription still set to 'on'
  3. someone stole your credit card

customer support will be the only people who can help unravel billing issues

1 - nope that card only was on Mine
2 - it was off I double checked yesterday
3 - not possible + if they did why did I get the gamepass

and like 10m ago I got an email saying it renewed even tho I was on tiktok

and yesterday when I spoke with support there was no charge we could find , we even checked the card and all accounts (only mine showed up) that had the card set as payment
