@random heath Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.
To help us help you, make sure to answer:
- What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
- **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
- Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)
If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.
Have you tried restarting the console?
Yea
Have you tried restarting the router?
Have you tried searching up your problem on Google?
Does the connection work if you use it wirelessly?
Yea it only said to enter the router and do some thing with the dhcp
And I did it
Yea
“Do some thing with dhcp”?? What thing did you do
Does your console actually have an ip address
Yea and mác asters
Address
And what is the ip address
?
I’m not dumb
Ok
I was trying to help.
I wanted to confirm that your Xbox ip address even looked rational and not self assigned
Can’t you like find my location with that
I don’t know what you “did a thing to dhcp” means either
DHCP ip configuration
Your public ip address can give a general area.
Your Xbox internal ip address gives no location information.
I don’t care what your routers public ip address is. It is meaningless.
I wanted to know what the ip address that shows up on your Xbox is.
I mean I would give it but like still I’m not taking any chances of being hacked
