Hi everyone. Basically I'm new to console gaming. Before that I played various games on pc with controller. So in console I played few games . Apex, Warzone, Fortnite, Halo and others. It seems like there is no aim assist at all. I remember I played apex on pc with a controller sometimes and there were a assist which was notable. But on console there is none. Because I'm not very used to play with a controller on online shooter game much that's why it brings so much frustration. I checked reddit yt for settings. In settings of controller the assist is turned on. In ingame settings there were also aim assist setting which is also on. On reddit I saw few post about assist being activated on left stick usage or something like that. overall I tried to figure it out but I was unable to get it right . Can anyone kindly explain me about this and suggest me any settings or fix please ? thank youu!! ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ ✿

Aim Assist is handled buy the game and not on a console or controller level. Each game will have its own settings and ways of turning it on or off or setting of it.
If the game says its on its on but it maybe worth checking if there is other settings around this. You will find this in the in game settings normally under controller.

I not sure what you mean by zero progression ?
If its on then its on but there maybe a option to modify the effect of it but not all games will have that.
What your more liking seeing is just how the game 'feels' different if you normally play on PC
