Overwatch crossplay

I'm attempting to play overwatch but the cues are eternity long because my crossplay won't work, I already toyed around with my setting, made sure crossplay was on on my xbox setting, yet I realised overwatch won't let me turn crossplay on for some reason, the button is shaded and can't he interacted with, it skirt over the button to the next setting
