@frosty lily Thanks for posting! Please remember, support here is volunteer-based and not official. Be patient after posting, and don’t spam or ask in other channels.
If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.

To help us help you, make sure to answer:

  • What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
  • **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
  • Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)

If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.

The adapter is going to cause this issue. To trouble shoot if it is the console or adapter you need to try the console on a display that has hdmi

It was still low quality

DVI generally can't auto-negotiate resolution - what output resolution did you have it manually set to?

frosty lily
#

1080p

#

I think

#

Ima check it later tho

#

Its not a resolution problem its a blurry textures like the trees are blurry the weapons the hats

Did u try all the video settings?

#

On the xbox

If it's 1080p that's really weird and sounds like something your monitor is doing.

Yes

I'd check the refresh rate too.

#

DVI is digital so there should be no fidelity loss on the source side

i would recommend setting the video output too automatic not HDMI. I not sure if that fix it but worth a try

Any fix?

You should not switch settings to HDMI if you are not using HDMI. To recover your settings you'll probably need to reset video settings in safe mode

Perhaps at this point you should contact Xbox Support.
