If your issue is about accounts, billing, contact Xbox Support directly.
If your issue is related to an Enforcement action, no one here can help.

To help us help you, make sure to answer:

  • What did you try to do and what happened? (Be specific—mention your Xbox model, PC version, Insider ring, or anything relevant.)
  • **What have you tried to do to fix it already? **(List everything you’ve done to fix it.)
  • Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? (Tell us what you found.)

If you don’t answer these, you might not get a response.

Keyboard and mouse support would be a TV feature and not anything Xbox could enable or disable on its own.

Ask your TV manufacturer

The Xbox app on smart TV is basically the web version. But whether or not it could support keyboard or mouse would have to start with the TV supporting keyboard and mouse (which very very few do).

yh mine does

And even then, the TV app wouldn't by default support it, they'd probably have to work with the TV manufacturer to enable it. If the manufacturer even passes that input to apps.

At any rate, I'm not confirming anything.

using mouse and keyboard on a tv doesn’t make much sense

There may be people who want it for writing text, chat communication, using wireless keyboards, TV or monitors in the room, etc.

As the author says, there are also cases where a person's PC doesn't work especially well for streaming and it does work much better on a smart TV due to having dedicated hardware for encoding and decoding as well as specific optimizations for that hardware as they are doing with some brands regarding xcloud.

Even so, first of all you would have to know if the operating system of that TV allows sending keyboard and mouse signals to applications, one possible way to check this is to use other cloud gaming systems, remote control or third-party browsers.

As I currently do not have any Fire TV devices, third-party smart TVs and it is not compatible with Android, I have not tested its compatibility.

Even so, I think you can send comments on the web version and comment on it.
I think that many people would like to be able to play cities skyline, the sims, sniper elite, call of duty or age or mythology with a keyboard and mouse on a TV :).

After all, everything is still in beta and little by little they will improve more =D.
