#BO2 won’t download on my series X

Pretty sure I ready a while back when I had my series X that backwards compatible games can only be installed on the internal hard drive and you have to go into your setting to manually set it as priority when you install.. Double check this and see if it works, if not google, then xbox support.
thank you i found a way to fix it lol i just had to unplug my external harddrive and let it downlaod on my internal
cancel install. use mobile app to push the bo2 download to console. use bo2 disk as a play disk
