game refuses to update

3 Days ago i reinstalled ARK SURVIVAL ASCENDED, i had previously purchased the game and uninstalled it as i stopped playing.

I knew this as it was never in my external storage.

so i go to download it, perfectly fine. 3 hours later it was ready to play, i pressed A on it and it needed an update.

So i continued and pressed Update. It got 0.0% in and said an error and it said something like :

cancel and uninstall for %2 and then reinstall.

Check i own the game.

check that my account owns the game.

check if i have Gamepass to have the game.

i asked xbox support over chat messages, the following solutions did not work :

Turning the xbox off and on again.

Pausing the update and resuming in 30 seconds.

changing the wifi to my iphone hotspot.

changing the SDD or DDS network number.

Restarting the console.

unplugging and plugging the console back in.

taking the extra storage hard drive out (which i kept out for all of these from the beginning).

check if theirs enough storage (285GB leftover after installing).

delete all my saved data to do with the game.

Completely Factory Resetting my xbox so that i have to sign back in and add my wifi again (this caused more problems setting the console back up to how i had it)

That was the last thing ive done so far. I find videos on youtube with the exact same problem but they use any of these normal solutions and it works for them!!

I and 7 other people at xbox have no clue what else to do so im looking to the community to see if they have any ideas.

I am also hoping to call xbox soon and see if that helps 🙏

Today i called xbox and they told me to Clear mac address three times and it didnt work

the NAT was moderate, so i called my network and opened all the necessary keys
