#Xbox App Pc Not Launching at all

Hi guys, just starting up the pc after a few months of not using to play the new bo6
I bought the xbox game pass before even opening the xbox app from the microsoft store assuming everything would be fine with the app as all my friends are having no issues with it
I get to opening the xbox app and its stuck on the Launching xbox app screen for hours. Could a kind kind soul help me out and fix this please

the only thing that i can see the issue is that im on Windows 10, this is what my friends tell me however i hate windows 11 LOL

Most apps and games support both 10 and 11

#

What I will suggest you to do is Uninstall Xbox app and install it again through Microsoft store, see what happens

Yeah thats what i thought initally however after trying to follow every youtube video there is all searching up what could be the issue nothing works

And maybe restart your pc after reinstalling Xbox app

most annoying part is that ive been paying 4 months for the game pass and i can even open xbox hahahah

ive tried quite literally all thats possible, even trying to launch it though the xbox console comparisson

Yeah its very strange
cant find a fix to this at all
i will mention however its managed to open 2 times before but when trying to log into the xbox app it just froze and didnt bring me to the log in menu but kept brining me back to the main menu

Ye there should be an Nvidia or GeForce app, see if It says any drivers need to be updated

the app worked yes but when i went to log into my xbox account after it opened it didnt even give the screen to log in it just started loading and then put my back to the main menu

i have a similar problem when i launch the pc xbox app it just say launching xbox app but it never fully launches it just stays on the black screen wuth the xbox app logo
