A kid by the name of Raylewisgoat spammed reported me and got me voice banned i cant text or chat he admitted to doing it and i have the screen shot of it can some one help me

If he did something wrong you can use the normal reporting tools and it will be investigated.
Note that “spam reporting” is itself an offense and if you do it you could find yourself in trouble.
And further note that being “spam reported” doesn’t get you banned. The reports are investigated and if they are legitimate then action is taken.
