My account was permanently banned without any strikes

My account has been indefinitely suspended for a few months now and I hadn't been givin any reason.

Over a span of time I learned it could have been due to a few reasons.

1. It was hacked.
   I did play alot of toxic games but had always kept conversations to a degree of respect for the guidelines. However it isn't entirely impossible that someone would have found a way to have me banned.

2. Downloading the wrong game.
   My console is an Xbox one S edition, and prior to my ban I inserted a beta test code for valorent. I had only later learned that the game could only be tested on series S or X, asuming Microsoft seen this as piracy it could have cause the ban.

And finally 3. Previous strikes.
This possibility however is completely impossible as In the 9+ years I have owned the account, I've only earned 2 communication suspensions from my early years.

Anyway. I'm making this post because I'm at a lose for who I can contact in order to find a solution or atleast a reason to this suspension.

My account password also seems to be constantly forgotten and needs a constant verification when I attempt to sign in.
