no information sent about ban discussion

has anyone else ever received a temp ban without receiving a notification, email or even a reason in the ban description? i’m not asking to be unbanned just looking to see if anyone has had the same issue with receiving no information, i know xbox makes it as hard as possible to even discuss things like this who knows why 🤪

then you've hit an edge case where the reason does not appear and no one else is going to know the reason becuase all the info that anyone has is on those links

anyway i’m asking if other people have particular not received any information so a link to a page that i explicitly said has the information missing is in-fact not helpful

Are you sure you're banned? There was a glitch (not sure if it's since been fixed) that would give you a false ban notification. I've been hit by said glitch before and I know I've never done anything to be banned.

Are you absolutely sure you're banned or is it just a visual glitch?

i am banned on my account on the xbox when i log into just my account i get the big banner that says im banned with the date of the ban and the very useless link that gives no extra information when i go onto the website it doesn’t say i have a active suspension

i’m most confused because i haven’t played xbox over christmas just logged on a for a hour to place gifts under our minecraft server tree on christmas morning
