Is it a live card with a 5x5 code that you type in to Xbox.com/redeem?
And yes all the questions are relevant. The goal is to get more information so people can offer suggestions.
At face value Snark and the website are both correct in saying you should contact support
All ik it that it has 25 characters
And is there a specific error or does it just say “no contact support”
It’s says like : Q K T 8 N are not numbers or something like dat
I put the code in then it says these numbers are not correct but it’s literally the same from the card
Did the card get purchased on your region/currency?
Make sure you aren’t using i or o or zeroes.
