Hello, a couple hours ago I got skate 3 to play on Xbox one, but for some reason the Xbox wouldn’t read the disc but would read other Xbox 360 games disc, I restarted and soft reserved but didn’t work, what do I do

try a hard restart hold down the power Xbox power till its shuts off wait 3 mins then turn it back on this is different than a restart
