I have an Xbox Series S but I use an Xbox One controller. I’ve started to get sick of my batteries falling out since I lost the back and for some reason my micro usb cord doesn’t work. I’ve used 3 different ones (all brand new) and none seem to have worked. Any fixes?

I’ve tried updating it, changed nothing. I reset, hard reset, and still nothing.

Although something strange, when i tested my brothers cronus zen micro usb, it worked.

If you tested the cable, then it sounds like the port is broken on the controller. You could tape the batteries since there’s no back plate
