My xbox controller black carbon that came with the console (i got two) but one of them wont work wirelessly, it works fine with all other devices but with my console it only work with cable, when I connect it wirelessly it work for like 5 to 10 seconds then it disconnects and the xbox logo button starts to turn on and off, I open it and everything was fine except for one cable that was broken, it was the vibrator gray cable, but I don’t think it have something to do with with the problem, anyway it’s a very annoying problem I hope someone will actually manage to help me and fix it

Connect the controller to the Xbox with the cable. Hold the Xbox power button until it turns off, turn on the Xbox with the controller.

Power button on the Xbox, not controller.

But then use the controller to turn on. If full restart was correct, you should see a green Xbox boot up screen.
