whenever i try to type, constant caps lock. whenever i go to test my inputs, i notice that right after i press a button, it jumps right back to left stick click, even when im not clicking it

im on series s. i woke up wanting to game, n i boot up my xbox, then notice a msg from my homie. i go to type back and i see that caps lock is stuck on. ive recalibrated: no result. i looked online and it said to press a button on the back of the controller to reset it, but i cannot find said button for the life of me.
