#Is it Safe to put an Older Internal HDD that has an Older OS back into my Xbox One

I upgraded my Xbox One's Internal HDD to an SSD around a year ago, and now I want to take the SSD out and put the older HDD back in, but I know the Xbox has an E-Fuse that blows if you try to Downgrade the OS, is it safe to put it back in and Immediately boot into the Troubleshooting Menu and Update using the Offline Updater?
(It might auto-connect to the Wi-FI, but idk for sure)
