Whenever i start my xbox 1 and try to load a game,it takes an hour to load.Any fixes for this?

What happens when it's loading? Is it a blank screen, is there a normal loading screen but it's super slow?

well sometimes its 5 minutes less or 5 minutes more but around 1 hour
