Game's crashing or not opening.

Game's crashing on Xbox Series S and It's only two specific games. My fiance told me when she got to work that her Xbox stopped loading games. It was Hogwarts Legacy and Palworld.

They've been working up til today. I told her if either of them identified an update was available but, she said they'd either launch then black screen or they'd launch and crash.

quit the game fully then hold the power button on the console till shut down. Wait 30 seconds then restart your console and try again
