When I play dead by daylight as Legion it sometimes shuts off out of nowhere, but when my sister tried as Ghostface to try troubleshooting it worked just fine? And when I tried to select the event game mode in marvel rivals it also shut my console off. Fortnite runs without problems. My mom got it secondhanded from a DiscReplay for Christmas. My sister's xbox has never run into this problem in the two years she's had it

I have tried to delete and reinstall it, it's reinstalling right now
When it shuts off everything onscreen freezes for around 2 seconds and the sound glitches to a repeated electronic hum noise, then everything turns off. The controller and monitor stay on but the console doesn't. It doesn't seem to be overheating, my sister checked that
There was no error code

Mum got a warranty on in thankfully so we're gonna take it in to swap for a different one of the same model, I'm hoping this one works
