i use an xbox series s and i tried searching on how to fix it but couldn’t find any results.

Make sure your console isn't sitting too far from you or blocked by too much, especially larger pieces of metal. Also make sure your console is not sitting next to any other wireless devices like a router, but at least 2 feet away from them.
