Can't play on Xbox 360

I recently added my Microsoft account to a Xbox One, but now I can't play on my Xbox 360, says problems occur while trying to sign in, please help me

No other problems or solutions

yea if so try this not a lot of google can help on 360 that i have seen as of late https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/xbox-360/security/set-up-app-password

the 2 step ver can mess up 360 log ins
