when i open the xbox app its always stuck on launching the xbox app, i cant install any games on the microsoft store either

im on windows 11 and ive updated everything and made sure everything is working properly, ive reinstalled xbox and repaired/restarted it including microsoft store and nothing works still, ive also run multiple commands in powershell and nothing works
