What did you try to do and what happened? : When i bought the Gamesir X2 PRO from my official store in my country (they didnt have gamepass stock left) then i tried redeeming it. it doesnt work until i saw it says redeem by 10/31/2024 i think it means its expired the cashier even said its new shipped from the country. i tried contacting the store on fb didnt responded but seen it.

What have you tried to do to fix it already? : I tried Getting a new replacement they even saw the message but didnt bother saying anything so i left it for a while

Have you searched the error code or for similar problems? : Yes the only reason was expiration

Go to a different store. Buy a code online. Buy directly from Xbox. Lots of options.
Buying a controller to get a trial code is a way more expensive choice.
