remote mode doesnt work where i am out of my home

hello, i need help for use my xbox serie x in remote mode, i try everything, i conctat support xbox and my internet support, but i can use the remote mode only with the same wifi, if i use another connection with my phone doesnt work. anybody can help me pls? i need the game pass for that?
