Why my games won’t work

Hello, i have a new xbox series s and all of a sudden the games won’t load in.
They all work but are stuck at loading screen.
I tried rebooting the console and reinstalling all the games.
My internet works good.
I recently interrupted a game pass subscription and feels like the things are related…

i’ve tryed basically anything, rebooting my xbox, reinstalling the game, disconnetting from the internet and connecting back in
