Is it possible to transfer my switch fortnite account to my xbox fortnite account? so i can play with my switch acc on the xbox

I tried to transfer my account to xbox but i didnt really know what to do and where to log in on my xbox account for the switch account

Once an account is linked, you can't change them

You should be using hte same Epic account on all platforms so that your progress will carry over between games
