I got an xbox X last year,i also have a xbox s. My xbox X does not open fortnite nor sea of thieves it just keeps crashing.ive tried using my phone wifi,it gets in the game longer but still inevitably crashes.I have never had these problems with my xbox S.Both of them use the same wifi but only the xbox X crashes.i have never been so embarassed to use xbox as i cannot play with my friends as my xbox S is being used by my brother,please help.
